Clearview neighborhood on James Island
– Located at the end of Harborview Road on James Island, Clearview is an
established neighborhood with an abundance of mature trees and large yards.
Both lake living and waterfront homes are available..
Walk or bike to nearby Sunset Park or
the James Island Yacht Club and enjoy the beautiful views of the Charleston
Harbor. The Clearview community is close to neighborhood schools, shopping,
medical facilities and recreational amenities. Only ten homes are currently

Grand Oaks neighborhood in West Ashley
– Grand Oaks is a planned residential neighborhood that has been developed
over the last 8 years. The area is right off Bees Ferry Road with easy access
to Interstate 526 along with great local amenities such as West Ashley Park,
the new Super Wal-Mart and plenty of shopping and dining. The area is about
10-15 minutes from downtown Charleston and about 30 minutes to Folly Beach.
There are eleven individual neighborhoods in Grand Oaks consisting of single
family homes, townhomes and condos. Many of the neighborhoods have pools and

Eastwood subdivision on James Island – Known for its mature oaks and large yards, Eastwood subdivision is a sought after location on James Island.
